ANTIBODY DETERMINATION WITH TEST CERTIFICATE
- The INOOlab Cov19 FluoBolt™-DUO-SN antibody test offers, based on the combination of the highly sensitive FluoBolt™ test platform from FIANOSTICS with the highly reproducible Mitra™ sample collection system from NEOTERYX, for the first time the possibility of reliable antibody determination from just one drop of whole blood, including a validated laboratory test certificate.
- Two different IgG class antibodies against the coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2), which usually occur after vaccination or infection, are determined.
- These are antibodies against the receptor binding domain (RBD) of the spike protein (anti-S1 RBD antibodies), which are produced after COVID-19 vaccination or infection, and antibodies against the nucleocapsid protein (anti-NC antibodies), which, in the case of the vaccines currently mainly used in Western Europe and the USA, are only produced in the case of COVID-19 infection.
